The Blenheim apricot variety is both sweet and tart with an intensely floral aroma of honeysuckle flowers. This vinegar is bright, clean and absolutely delicious — it tastes like summer in a bottle!

Great with grilled chicken and pork — in sparkling water as a spritzer — as a glaze over green vegetables — reduced and drizzled over cheese and fresh fruit — and in marinades & vinaigrettes.

Pairs well with a number of our olive oils: Blood Orange, Basil, Chipotle, Harissa, Lemon, or any EVOO.
