Mango White Balsamic

Favorite Breakfast Green Smoothie

Ingredients
2 cups Spinach
1 banana
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tbsp mango white balsamic
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 cup ice cubes

Place the spinach and 1/4 cup of water in the blender and blend until the spinach is fully liquefied, 15-20 seconds. Add the remaining ingredients in the order listed into a blender. Blend until creamy and smooth. And that's it! If you're using frozen fruit, only use 1/2 cup ice and add 1/2 cup of water to help everything mix evenly.

Mango Jalapeno Salsa

Ingredients
3 Roma tomatoes
1 large ripe mango
1/2 small red onion
1 serrano chili pepper
3 tbsp lime fused olive oil

2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp mango white balsamic
1/2 cup chopped cilantro

Sea salt and ground black pepper

Roughly chop the tomatoes (discarding the seeds) and the mango and place them in a serving bowl. Dice the onion and add it to the bowl. Slice the chili in half, remove and discard the membrane and seeds, dice the chili finely, and add to the bowl. Drizzle the olive oil, lime juice, and balsamic over the veggies and toss to coat. Mix in the cilantro and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover, place in the fridge, and allow the flavors to meld for at least 1 hour before eating. You can store this in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
