Pineapple Fizz Spritzer

2 cups fresh pineapple

2 Tbsp BOOC Pineapple white balsamic

2 Tbsp Runamuk Sparkle Maple Syrup or honey

1 cup ice

2 cups soda water

In blender puree first 4 ingredients. Divide between two glasses and top each glass with 1 cup soda water.


Pineapple Pina Colada
¼ cup coconut cream
2 Tbsp BOOC Pineapple balsamic
4 oz rum
Ice cubes
Soda water
2 slices fresh pineapple

Place coconut cream, balsamic and rum in cocktail shaker. Add a few ice cubes and shake to
blend and combine. Strain into a cocktail glass and top with soda water. Garnish with a slice of
fresh pineapple.


Pineapple Infused Grainy Hot Mustard
¾ cup yellow mustard seeds
¼ cup dry mustard
1 tsp sea salt
½ cup BOOC pineapple balsamic
¼ cup herbal tea
¼ cup orange zest

Coarsely grind whole mustard seeds in spice grinder. You want them broken, not completely
ground. Mix all ingredients in a mason jar and shake vigorously. Keep in fridge at least one day
before using. It will keep in the fridge for a few months.

Summer Slaw
2 carrots grated
1 small green cabbage grated
1 small sweet onion grated
¼ cup BOOC pineapple balsamic
1 tsp celery seed
Mix all ingredients and chills for at least 4 hours before serving.
